Returns that are at the error of Filtration Now do not incur a restock fee. Items that are made to order are not eligible for return.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date, subject to the following terms:

- A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for all returned items.

Shipping Costs:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was received damaged or defective.

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
